Whether your goal is to get stronger, to have the energy to chase your kids around, pass your PT test, or to find a few hours each week to spend on your health, I invite you to train like you matter, because YOU matter.
1 month of training – includes a fitness assessment, once a week one-on-one training, plus individually designed programming for additional training days. This package allows me to learn your goals, assess your fitness and muscular imbalances, and design a program specific to your goals and needs. During one-on-one sessions, you’ll be taught proper form to avoid injury and amplify your effort in a supportive, motivational environment. Sessions can take place at a gym (with their permission), in your home, or in a park.. You’ll decide how many additional days you’d like to work out each week and I will design a workout plan for those additional days.
Cost: $250/month; $400/month for two person group training; 10% discount for signing up for additional months at the start.
1 month of programming – includes a phone or video chat fitness consultation to learn about your goals and needs, plus one month of individually designed programming. This plan does not include one-on-one sessions, but they can be added for $50/session.
Cost: $120/month; 10% discount for signing up for additional months at the start.
Individual sessions – While I prefer to work longer-term with clients, I am also happy to provide individual training sessions on an as needed basis. Sessions can take place on at a gym (with their permission), in your home, or in a park.
Cost: $50/session; $90 for two-person group training; $120 for three-person group training
